On a vacation to New York City, Chloe and her husband were worn out from walking and decided to ride a rickshaw to the oyster bar, Docks. At Docks, they enjoyed a dozen oysters with the most beautiful shells. The chef shucked the oysters perfectly, ensuring there was no grit left over. After painting the collection she was reminiscing about the trip and felt that “Docks Premium Shuck” was the right name for these.
